We watch a ted talk on Larry Lessig on laws that choke creativity.
You may watch the ted talk here. http://www.ted.com/talks/lang/eng/larry_lessig_says_the_law_is_strangling_creativity.html
First, he talks about the talking machine (which is also the radio).
Instead of people playing instruments and singing songs live before they had the talking machine which can record and play songs.
Also, Larry Lessig talks about intellectual property.
Before: Read-Write Culture
After: Read Only Culture.
Common sense revolts the idea. Larry also mention that broadcasting is now the battle for business. It revolves aroung from the creater to the consumer/buyer.
Second, He talks about how people have rights from buying something. For example, Land.
Profile Character: Karl Marx
